After years of dealing with skin rashes, unexplained sensitivities, stomach aches, and whatever other unrealized harms that we have brought upon ourselves and our children, we decided to take matters into our own hands.

We are a humble family of do-it-yourselfers striving to create natural and authentic products from the best ingredients that we can find, or make. Honesty and trust are very important to us, and we want to earn your trust by doing everything that we can to make sure you are only getting the good stuff. When sourcing our products and materials, we never look at what is the cheapest, but what is the best, and we try to buy locally if at all possible. We use this stuff too, and we're not about to slather a bunch of petroleum-derived, dye-filled, glyphosate-laced, mystery sauce from an unvetted supplier onto our bodies.

Everything is made in small batches, with care, in our home in Maryland. We even apply the labels by hand, so sorry if yours is a little off! We are constantly tinkering and researching to improve our craft and knowledge so that we can create better products. It is not uncommon in our house to catch someone flipping through a two hundred-year-old manual, looking for insight into the generally forgotten arts that we are working with. Yeah, we're nerds! But we're not ashamed. We love doing this, and have become very passionate about it.
